What are fascias and soffits?
Fascias are the long boards that run along the roofline just below the tiles — your gutters are usually fixed to them. Soffits are the boards underneath the fascias that close off the eaves. Both are highly visible from the street and prone to algae and staining.
How often should fascias and soffits be cleaned?
Once a year is usually enough for most Sussex properties, though north-facing or heavily shaded rooflines may benefit from more frequent attention. We can advise when we come to quote.
Can you clean painted timber fascias as well as uPVC?
Yes. We adjust our cleaning method and solutions to suit the material. For painted timber we use gentler products to avoid lifting the paint, while still removing algae and grime effectively.
Do you clean the gutters at the same time?

No. We work from ladders and, where needed, specialist access equipment — we don't need to walk on your roof. All work is carried out safely from the outside.
My fascias are really badly stained — can you still help?
